Improving the Brand Identity for DataDome
DataDome was looking to refresh their brand.
The copywriter and I developed new brand guidelines and deliverables to create a standout brand that set itself apart from competitors. The focus was on enhancing brand awareness, boosting social media presence, and driving an increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).








Design & Research
The first step was researching competitors. We learned from tradeshows that the cybersecurity space was largely dominated by blue logos, so we wanted DataDome to stand out. I blended mint and sky colors to create a darker teal, complemented by warmer secondary colors to make the brand pop.














Delivering Solutions That Matter
The result was a full set of brand guidelines, including eight colors, language, logo rules, and a distinct brand voice. I also completely redesigned all presentation and document templates.
Incorporating secondary colors helped the brand stand out both in person and on social media, leading to a direct increase in engagement throughout 2023—tripling our social media traffic.
